Aline Lilian dos Santos is the Country Director for the Aspire Institute’s foundry in Brazil.
Education has been Aline’s passion since she was young, and she has worked in the field for 12 years with a focus on integrated communication in universities and non-profit organizations. As a first-generation college student herself, the transformative capacity of education has a lot of meaning and purpose for her. Because of this, she has been supporting underserved individuals since 2018 by volunteering as a teacher in a Brazilian NGO that provides free English language courses to those who are low-income.
Aline holds a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Brazil, a graduate degree in Corporate Communication, an MBA in Marketing, and a Professional Master’s in Management for Competitiveness from Getulio Vargas Foundation in Brazil. She also holds an English as Second Language certification – from the New York Language Center.
