Who We Are
We empower first-generation, low-income college students through innovative online education at scale. We partner with an international network of independent organizations—our “Foundries”—that work closely with our headquarters in Cambridge, MA. While our headquarters operates on Macintosh systems with Google Workspace for Education, our foundries use either MS Windows or Macintosh computers, reflecting the diverse, decentralized nature of our work.
The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, resourceful IT & Systems Manager to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You’ll manage office technology for our Cambridge headquarters and work collaboratively with regional foundries. You’ll also support key global systems (CRM, LMS, and paid programs) and help the Technology Officer determine which functions stay centralized and which move to regional control. Additionally, you’ll act as a trusted partner to the CTO—providing interim leadership during their leave (starting in 3-9 months).

- Some experience in international IT compliance, with working knowledge of GDPR, PCI/DSS, ADA, and ISO/IEC 27001 and ability to become an expert in a short period of time.
Leadership & Collaboration
- A self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
