The Role:

Aspire Institute India is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Regional Manager for Outreach and Alumni Engagement to join our organization dedicated to first-generation college students in India. In this role, you will drive strategic partnerships for student enrollment and design innovative engagement initiatives for our alumni network, opening doors to new opportunities for personal and professional growth. You will report to the Director.

Work Environment:

Hybrid role based in Bangalore or Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Enrollment

  • Identify, approach, and onboard strategic partners including educational institutions, community organizations, and corporate entities to support student enrollment.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns that effectively communicate the program’s value to prospective students and partner organizations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the program and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with program goals and community needs.

Alumni Engagement

  • Design and execute creative alumni engagement strategies including bringing on board ambassadors across the region to facilitate career development, mentorship, networking, and continuous learning.
  • Organize alumni events, webinars, and workshops that connect graduates with industry leaders and opportunities.
  • Build and nurture a strong alumni community by leveraging social media, digital platforms, and in-person events.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of outreach and alumni engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach strategies with broader program objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with partners, community leaders, and alumni to continuously enhance program visibility and impact.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for team members and alumni, promoting a culture of lifelong learning.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in outreach, recruitment, community engagement, or related roles, preferably within educational or nonprofit sectors.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluency in English 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social impact and empowering first-generation college students.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engagement platforms is a plus.

Reporting
