Maïmouna Dramé is an experienced Administrative and Financial Director, specializing in the strategic management of financial resources.
With over 16 years of experience across France and various dynamic regions of Africa, she energetically supervises financial, legal, and IT teams to optimize profitability and cash flow, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and develop budget forecasts while managing relationships with investors and shareholders, thus contributing to the sustainable growth of the companies she oversees.
Passionate about people and the development of skills and leadership, she has implemented innovative training programs and mentors younger professionals through dedicated sessions.
Sensitive to women’s issues, she founded a network of African women executives aimed at their personal and professional development. She also organizes and participates in conferences on female leadership.
An enthusiast of African art, she co-founded the Mali Art Club, a socially oriented organization promoting African art through partnerships with art galleries, thereby encouraging the acquisition of Malian artworks.
In recognition of her impactful career in Africa, the French African Foundation Selected her as a Young Leaders in 2023 under the high patronage of the Republic of Rwanda and France. She co-prepared and presented a series of proposals addressed to Presidents Kagame and Macron aimed at enhancing education and promotion the cultural and artistic sectors of Africa.
She is Malian and French, married, and a mother of three. She resides in the Republic of Congo. She holds a master’s degree in management and finance obtained in France and a certificate in international negotiation from El Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico. She recently completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School. She is trilingual in French, English, and Bamanankan.
