Aspire Institute’s Pakistan Foundry organized several outreach sessions at universities in Pakistan which aimed to spread awareness of Aspire and rally alumni support. We invited our alumni to join us at these sessions and share their journey with prospective applicants.
Our team hosted an online information session on November 4, 2023. The session focused on the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and had guest speaker and Erasmus Mundus scholar, Bushra Mahnoor, in attendance. Alumni who participated in the event learned how to apply for the scholarship and become competitive applicants for this award.
On November 2nd, 2023 our Pakistan Foundry hosted an Alumni Dinner in Islamabad which was co-hosted by Dr. Mariam Chughtai, who received her Doctorate of Education from Harvard University. Renowned journalist Ms. Maria Memon and senior bureaucrat, Mr. Umar Riaz, were also guests at the event.
Aspire Institute’s Pakistan Foundry has also established a collaboration with Teach for Pakistan, an organization dedicated to reducing educational inequality in Pakistan. This partnership will ensure that ALP Alumni will have access to internships and fellowships at Teach for Pakistan.
Every week, our Pakistan Foundry updates the opportunity hub with fresh internships, jobs, and scholarships. A weekly highlight of these opportunities is also sent to our alumni. Do you live in Pakistan? Get involved!
