Their diverse backgrounds and unwavering dedication have created an environment where aspiring leaders from around the globe can connect, learn, and grow together. While supporting our community’s growth, moderators strengthen their leadership abilities, developing practical skills in communication, conflict resolution, and community management. Uche Ezepue, ALP ’24 Cohort 2, Nigeria
I am a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, actively pursuing a career in sustainable energy technologies. As an advocate for quality education, I have led initiatives to mentor secondary school students across Nigeria by introducing them to careers in STEM through hands-on experiments. This journey began during my tenure as President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, UNN Chapter, and continues with my volunteering work at a low-income community school in Lagos.
As one of the moderators for the Aspire Leaders Program, I enjoy collaborating with a multicultural team, refining my leadership and communication skills while strengthening my commitment to global citizenship.
Mohammad Adnan, ALP ’24 Cohort 2, Bangladesh
My name is Mohammad Adnan, and I am majoring in Computer Science. I am the founder of an educational platform called ‘BLITZCODES’. Apart from that, my hobbies are cubing, speed typing, and competitive programming.
As part of Aspire Discord moderation, I got to attend new masterclasses from Harvard Business School faculty, which has given me valuable learning experiences. I have also gained more experience in community management and have been able to help many people. My journey with Aspire has empowered me to foster growth within myself and others while contributing to a wonderful community.
Violeta Vilcapoma, ALP ’24 Cohort 2, Peru
I am Violeta Vilcapoma, from Peru, and I am currently studying biomedical engineering. I have participated in volunteer work, ranging from tele-orientation for foreign refugees to innovation projects focused on renewable energy solutions. My passion for bioengineering, neuroscience, and public health has driven my desire to create a positive impact on society.
Being a moderator in the Aspire Leaders Program has been transformative both personally and professionally. It has allowed me to develop leadership, intercultural communication, and problem-solving skills while interacting with people from different countries and learning to address complex problems from diverse cultural and social perspectives.

My name is Silas Aaron Kwakye and I am an alumnus of the Aspire Leaders Program. With a background in entrepreneurship and professional digital marketing, I’m passionate about responsible leadership.
Being a moderator has been a transformative experience, enabling me to foster meaningful connections within the community and sharpen my leadership skills. It has also provided me with invaluable insights that have enhanced both my personal growth and professional trajectory, allowing me to inspire and be inspired by fellow leaders.

I’m Sreelakshmi G, a second-year BTech student at the College of Engineering and Management Punnapra. Growing up in a single-parent home after losing my father at 4 months old has shaped my resilience and determination. I’m a national-level long jump athlete, a state-level Little KITE expert teaching Scratch programming, and a passionate tech and entrepreneurship enthusiast. As the Chief Innovative Officer of IEDC, and TinkerHub Campus Lead, I lead initiatives that inspire innovation.
Being a moderator for the Aspire 2024 Discord community has enhanced my leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, creating meaningful connections and growth in both personal and professional spheres.

I am Kenneth Obuya from Kenya. I am passionate about youth development, environment and I enjoy helping companies streamline businesses and maximize time.
Being a moderator for the ALP has been a unique experience. Professionally, I have developed skills in community engagement, team collaboration, critical thinking, content moderation, and strategy. With these skills, I developed a more strategic mindset. This has been a limitless opportunity for networking and learning about diverse cultures that make the world so unique. I have truly enjoyed guiding young talents toward developing sustainable solutions to humanity’s most serious problems.

I recently graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and dream of becoming an impactful professional in the accounting and finance industry.
You could call me “a woman of many interests and talents” — I’m of a very inquisitive nature, a passionate lifelong learner, and love to do unexpected things. As part of Cohort 2 of the 2024 Aspire Leaders Program, I became a moderator because I believe that giving the right support can change someone’s life. I’m Swarsh Makhija from Hyderabad, India, and a Mechanical Engineering student at Osmania University. As a 2024 graduate of the Aspire Leadership Program’s Cohort 2, I am honored to be an alumnus of the Aspire Institute.
As one of the moderators for Cohort 3 of the Aspire Leaders Program, I have built meaningful connections with emerging leaders worldwide. This experience has enhanced my communication, organizational, and mentoring skills, significantly contributing to my professional growth. The Aspire Leaders Program allowed me to meet like-minded people from various backgrounds. In other words, different people mean different perspectives and I gained these kinds of perspectives within ALP. However, ALP had many more countless opportunities; one of them was to become an ALP Community Moderator.

Currently residing in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, I am an undergraduate student majoring in Business Studies. Beyond academics, I enjoy exploring new opportunities and immersing myself in new learning experiences. As a Business student, I am fascinated by subjects that develop interpersonal skills. These include business communication, networking, practical leadership, and professional development. The Aspire Leaders Program has been a stepping stone in this journey.
